"I'm Donna. I'm the Recruitment Co-ordinator for Stepping Stones Care. I joined in 2022, starting as the office administrator. I've moved up now to Recruitment Co-ordinator."

Donna's journey with Stepping Stones Care began in 2022, starting as an office administrator. In a short span, she ascended to the role of Recruitment Co-ordinator, a testament to the growth opportunities embedded within our organisation.

"My previous experience was with fostering agencies, and working at Stepping Stones Care, every day is different. It's very fun. We are passionate about our work, the culture and ethos of the team are very inclusive from all walks of life, all different backgrounds."
