Lucy's journey took her to Onyx House, a four-bedded home, where she embarked on the mission of establishing a solid core staff team. Lucy highlights, "I was allowed a whole year to establish the home, upskill the staff team, and intake children at regular and safe intervals."

This patient and thorough approach bore fruit. With time and dedication, Lucy and her team witnessed remarkable progress. "That has allowed us to have really positive outcomes for the children in the home," Lucy shares proudly.
