On Thursday 24th June 2021, all of our Manager’s, Directors, Head of R&D and our Responsible Individual got together at Head Office for the first time as a collective.

The whole Manager's Day went amazingly!

Having our whole Senior Leadership Team in one place for the first time was equal parts insightful, informative and hilarious.

During the day we had some fantastic discussions around the care we provide for our young people, how we can push for Outstanding in everything we do, and around how we can ensure we are ding everything we can for everyone who works with us.

We all left with new ideas and a sense that we are really pushing the envelope.

Below are a few photos from our Icebreaker/Team building session where teams of 3 were tasked with building a tower out of Marshmallows and Spaghetti.

After a busy day of discussions, brainstorming and strategizing we felt it only right to let our hair down and go out for some dinner.

The Directors treated us to a fantastic meal at Varanasi in Birmingham.

We got a little too into the food and each others company to take too many photos but we did manage a group photo and a couple of food shots for those that are interested.
